These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Nala, a service that accepts PDF uploads and generates presentation-style video outputs, including optional media inputs for enhanced processing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nala, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Service Scope

Nala provides a web interface for uploading source files (including PDF files and optional image/audio files), queueing processing requests, and delivering generated outputs when available.

4. User Content and Processing Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Nala a limited, revocable license to store, transmit, and process your content solely to operate the service, generate outputs, and provide support.

You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process the content, including any third-party images, audio, and copyrighted material.

5. Queueing, Processing, and Availability

Requests may be accepted into a queue and processed asynchronously. Submission acceptance does not guarantee processing completion time, processing order changes, or successful output generation.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, limits, or integrations at any time.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Nala for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or malicious purposes. We may suspend or ban accounts for policy violations.

7. Output Delivery and Retention

Generated files and download links may be temporary, time-limited, or single-use. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your output once provided.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, such as request validation and controlled download access. No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nala is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Nala and its operators from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law and jurisdiction selected by the service operator, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
